Care homes and private clinics

We have worked with the renowned Pia Casa care home in Abbiategrasso since 1992, perfecting the design and installation activities in accordance with the needs of private clinics and care homes.

Construction, renovation and maintenance of private buildings intended as care facilities.

Our continuous research has allowed us to propose and implement the “Domotics lab” requested by the Don Gnocchi Foundation in Milan: combining the principle of simplification and precise and dedicated use of domotics.

These same requirements have also led to Multi Manutenzione’s involvement in environmental comfort projects – Luxoclimatic (reflecting on wards and the need for remote operational control). Technical supervision for non self-sufficient patients has solved many issues both in terms of time and quality of service rendered, as well as a reduced demand on human resources, something which should not be underestimated.

Over 30 years, Multi Manutenzione has also renovated several care homes at a construction level, working with well-known architects to find solutions to problems such as:  the colours of the walls, decor and furnishings in general, access facilities such as ramps and wide-opening doors to allow the best use of the space available.
