Municipalities and provinces

Our first public contract was signed in 1997: the municipality of Cellatica Gussago Brescia awarded the contract to AV Impianti owned by Vincenzo Albanese (now chairman of Multi Manutenzione srl)

From this moment onwards, we have continuously participated in municipality and province tenders.

Construction, renovation and maintenance of buildings with varying purposes owned by public bodies

This has enabled us to acquire a wealth of experience which has been converted into certifications relating to quality, environment, safety and ethics, as well as the implementation of Organisational Model 231 and related risk management.

Municipalities:

• primary schools, secondary schools, nurseries;
• buildings for civil use, various warehouses;
• commercial buildings;
• offices.

Provinces:

• higher education facilities;
• cultural buildings, buildings for military use;
• offices.
