Project: Construction of mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems

Work on building in Viale Famagosta: a prominent building in Milan.
This work involved setting up systems to be used at a later stage, adapting the entire building to a higher quality standard at a
technical as well as aesthetic and functional level.

It was therefore decided to maximise the whole building’s aesthetic and economic potential, with the organisation being the fundamental step towards the design goal of maximising the building’s potential.
This project aimed to reorganise a system which was chaotic, but with great
untapped potential, through including a series of very simple systems with the advantage of not
negatively impacting the structure and materials currently in operation.
The purpose of this contract is to implement mechanical and electrical systems, services and supplies necessary for the extraordinary maintenance of the Condominio S. Martino located in Viale Famagosta 75.
