Project: Tender by restricted procedure for awarding of an integrated complex contract, pursuant to art. 53, paragraph 2, lett. c), of Legislative Decree for the final design – upon obtaining the detailed design when the bid was made – and works relating to the construction of the Arpa Ovest laboratory centre and Milan department of Arpa Lombardia, in relation to the works referred to in the “Plan to unify and enhance the assets of the regional agency for the protection of the environment – ARPA Lombardia”

The work is located in Milan, Piazza Ospedale Maggiore, 3 – Former Origgi wing, Niguarda Ca’ Granda Hospital, and involves the work referred to in the “Plan to unify and enhance the assets
of the regional agency for the protection of the environment — A.R.P.A. Lombardia”

The work involves – upon obtaining the detailed design when the bid was made, and its subsequent validation and approval by ILSPA – drafting the final design
and works for constructing the new ARPA OVEST laboratory centre and
new offices for the Milan department of Arpa Lombardia, in relation to the works referred to in the “Plan to
unify and enhance the assets of the regional agency for the protection of the environment —
A.R.P.A. Lombardia”.
