Our first public contract was signed in 1997: the municipality of Cellatica Gussago Brescia awarded the contract to AV Impianti owned by Vincenzo Albanese (now chairman of Multi Manutenzione srl)

From this moment onwards, we have continuously participated in municipality and province tenders.

This has enabled us to acquire a wealth of experience which has been converted into certifications relating to quality, environment, safety and ethics, as well as the implementation of Organisational Model 231 and related risk management.

Operating in the university sector for over 30 years, Multi Manutenzione has designed, built and renovated a considerable number of university establishments. The complex nature of operating in the university sector is highlighted in the intended use of the premises, which ranges from classrooms to specialised laboratories.

The challenge is to create spaces with maximum functionality, often in existing structures which may not be suited to the needs of new users.

In the last five years, the number of universities in our client portfolio has tripled.

We have worked with the renowned Pia Casa care home in Abbiategrasso since 1992, perfecting the design and installation activities in accordance with the needs of private clinics and care homes.

Our continuous research has allowed us to propose and implement the “Domotics lab” requested by the Don Gnocchi Foundation in Milan: combining the principle of simplification and precise and dedicated use of domotics.

These same requirements have also led to Multi Manutenzione’s involvement in environmental comfort projects – Luxoclimatic (reflecting on wards and the need for remote operational control). Technical supervision for non self-sufficient patients has solved many issues both in terms of time and quality of service rendered, as well as a reduced demand on human resources, something which should not be underestimated.

Over 30 years, Multi Manutenzione has also renovated several care homes at a construction level, working with well-known architects to find solutions to problems such as:  the colours of the walls, decor and furnishings in general, access facilities such as ramps and wide-opening doors to allow the best use of the space available.

This has been and remains our core business, owing to our wealth of design knowledge, which enables us to respond to the needs of both the commissioning organisation and the service users (patients).

Over 30 years in the hospital sector, we have designed, renovated and constructed all types of departments, from the simplest clinic to the most complex nuclear medicine and cryogeneration units, with GMP-class laboratories.
